Study Requirement

In order to accept students to join the college, the following are required:

  • The student must fulfil the general conditions for admission to the university.
  • He must have a high school certificate (scientific section) or its equivalent with a grade point average determined by the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
  • To pass any examination or personal interview conducted by the college.
  • The student must pass the preparatory year requirements with a GPA of 3.5 or more in order to be accepted in the College of Medicine.

The college follows the annual system of study (five years distributed over ten semesters), furthermore a year of training as an Intern in hospitals recognized by the college to obtain a “Bachelor” degree in medicine and surgery
