Academic guidance is one of the tasks that the College of Education undertakes. It is a complete system that supports students and helps them learn about the college’s academic and student systems, and the fields and study opportunities it provides to help students choose the specializations that suit their abilities and potential, and match their inclinations and desires, as well as helping them to proceed in their studies in the best possible way, and to overcome the obstacles they face, benefiting to the maximum degree from the services and capabilities provided by the college and the university.
The college has provided an academic advisor to provide academic support to the student from the time he joins the college until he receives the graduation certificate.
Meaning of academic advising
Academic guidance is a continuous and regular process that begins from the moment the student joins the college, where faculty members are distributed among male and female students to provide cognitive support and awareness of the regulations governing university studies at the college, provide advice and suggestions in organizing the academic courses during the eight academic levels, and provide solutions to the academic problems facing male and female students in their educational journey.
