Inventory Control Unit

"Lecturers and automated use

One of the tasks of the Audit Control Unit is to review and approve lecture forms, which are considered one of the most important elements of enjoying operations and monitoring items and following them up according to its own experience, such as receipt, installation, distribution or completion records, in addition to the materials distribution card (No. 7) or receipt records (Form Form No. 3). Timothy's new economics study of these elements spent and received is represented in:
* Installation, distribution and consumption report: It is a report that deals with the items received and disbursed, through which it is possible to know how to benefit from these items, the aspects of their disbursement and use, and to achieve the maximum benefit from them and at the lowest possible cost.

* Minutes of inspection and visit to a site or factory:

Which would prove the visit to the targeted sites or factories and prove their contents and requirements for supplies.

* A form for transferring custody between entities or employees: which would prove the process of transferring custody of items between employees or departments by proving the nature of those items transferred between parties, and work is underway to transfer it electronically.

* Item classification and coding model: which would allow requesting the inclusion of items in the classification guide in preparation for requesting them through the financial and administrative system as (exchange or purchase) requests.

* Inventory forms according to the purpose for which they are prepared:

1. Fixed asset inventory model.

2. Medicines inventory form.

3. Chemicals inventory form.

4. Automotive inventory form."
