God willing,the e-admission will be open to accept students wishing to enroll in the University of King Faisal, on Saturday 10/8/1433 AH corresponding to 30/6/2012 AD up to the end of business on Wednesday, 14/8/1433 H corresponding to 07/04/2012 AD.
In conformity with what was done by the University in previous years, all the admission procedures will be through the portal of admission via the University site :www.kfu.edu.sa.It should also be noted that the delivery of original documents for students (male/female) will be admitted through the offices of Express Mail, and the cost of express mail fees will be borne by the university. The university will not receive any of the documents through personal follow-up of candidates to the headquarters of the university.
This mechanism has been applied in terms that King Faisal University is keen to facilitate the admission procedures for students of both sexes, in order to save time and effort for all beneficiaries of its services and alleviate the suffering and repeated follow-ups for all students / applicants for university students and their parents. The University has used the Technology and electronic delivery of documents to the express post offices in the deal to end the admission procedures without any material cost to the student in line with the country's direction ,May Allah save it,towards the application of the concept of e-government.
The stage of data entry
The stage of applying for admission takes place during the period specified and advertised in the table of the stipulated period of admission for the academic year 1433/1434 AH and applying for admission will be through the e- portal via the University website www.kfu.edu.sa It will not be allowed to apply to the University directly outside this period or through any other method other than the site of the university. candidates must enter all required data entries as specified in the Form of the e-Acceptance Form. The system of the university admission allows the students to choose six wishes. It is a must that all applicants choose their wishes and arrange them carefully in order of priority (the order of desires in order of priority and preference to applicants from top to bottom) and must be sure that the data is classified in order of priority for him. This order will be final after the end of the announced application period in the schedule time plan for admission.
Admission will be this year on the college and the specialization(major) will be determined by competition which will be held later, according to available resources within each college
The University would like to emphasize that the acceptance process will be electronically through competition by the following equations: -
A) - the equation needed to calculate the weighted(balanced) percentage for (male/female)students for admission to the colleges listed in the following table after the equation

The equation: -
30% of the cumulative GPA (high school) + 30% of the capacity test +40% of the test ratio = weighted (balanced)percentage
This equation will be applied to the following colleges (students: both sexes)
1 - College of Medicine (preparatory year)
2 - College of Clinical Pharmacy (PY)
3 – College of Computer Science and Information Technology (PY)
4 - College of Engineering (preparatory year)
5 - College of Applied Medical Sciences (PY)
B) – the required equation to calculate the weighted(balanced) percentage (for male students only) for admission to the colleges listed in the table after the subsequent equation: -
The equation: -
60% of the cumulative GPA (high school) + 40% of the test capacity = balanced percentage
Efficiency Mandate will apply this equation to the following colleges (for students only):
1 College of Agricultural and Food Sciences
2 - college of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Resources
3 - College of Business Administration (PY)
4 - College of Science
5 - College of Education
6 – College of Arts
7 - College of Applied Studies and Community Service (diploma program only)
C) - the equation needed to calculate the weighted percentage (for female students only) for admission to the colleges listed in the table after the subsequent equation: -
The equation
30% of the cumulative GPA (high school) + 30% of the capacity test +40% of the test ratio = weighted grades
Efficiency Mandate will apply this equation to the following colleges (for students only):
1 - Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences
2 - College of Science
3 - College of Education
4 - College of Arts
5 - College of Applied Studies and Community Service (diploma program only
