Projects and Quality Control Unit

This unit is concerned with the following:

• Support centers for research excellence, scientific chairs and the University Endowment Fund in the preparation and follow up of contracts of sponsored research projects, contractual projects, and the projects of investment and development and ensure the quality of these activities according to observed scientific standards.
• Conduct periodic evaluation of the project implementation stages and submit periodic and final reports about them.
• Provide advice on the foundations and mechanisms of  project management and quality control to those researchers and administrators in charge of KECA's projects and the units under its supervision.   
• Prepare the annual report of the unit.
