The administrative communications department process over transactions between Dean and the departments of Foreign and college departments coordinate

One section tasks:

Follow-up circulars and administrative decisions issued by various authorities at the university

Send and receive incoming and outgoing administrative transactions to and from the deanship

E-imaging and distribution of copies

Inbox Deanship of receipt and handed over to the relevant departments within the deanship

The organization of the receipt of administrative transactions and recorded in archiving and directed the concerned authorities to program and subsequent services

Arrange and cataloging transactions electronically archiving mail program and save images, which comes from administrative transactions
