Second World Food Conference (the role of nutrition played in prevention of heart diseases) which is organized by the Saud Babteen Center in the period of 24-25/10/1427 H attended by both Prof. Maliha Al-Marzouq, Prof. Njat Al-Ebad.

Seminar of postgraduate studies in Universities of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States, which is organized by the Deanship of postgraduate Studies - King Faisal University Al-Ahsaa - Saudi Arabia, Intercontinental Hotel in Al-Ahsaa during the period 5-6/11/1427 H attended by Prof. Maliha Al-Marzouq, Prof. Aisha Hassan, Prof. Salwa Abdul-Moneim, Prof. Madiha Al-Marzouq, Prof. Ngaat Al Ebad and Prof.  Magda Ibrahim.

Evaluation and control of obesity seminar, organized by the Arab Center for Nutrition - Manama - Kingdom of Bahrain in 18/11/1427 H  the workshop associated with the seminar was attended by Prof. Maliha Al-Marzouq, Prof. Ngaat Al-Ebad

Fourth Saudi Conference on Food and Nutrition, organized by the General Commission for Food and Medicine during the period 19-21/11/1427 H attended by Prof. Jamal Sharnoby, Prof. Seddeik Hussein Hemd, Prof. Salah Mohamed Al-Eid.

First Gulf Conference on healthy nutrition for children and adolescents organized by the Arab Center for Nutrition - Manama - Kingdom of Bahrain in the period 19-21/11/1427 and attended by both Prof. Maliha Al-Marzouq, Prof. Najat Al Ebad.

Fourth Saudi Conference on Food and Nutrition organized by the Saudi Association for Food and Nutrition in the period 3-4/12/1427 H in the Conference Hall in Riyadh and attended by Prof. Seddeik Hamad Hussein, Prof. / Abd Al-Aziz Abdallah This Al Shathry, Prof.Maliha Al-Marzouq, Prof. Najat Al Ebeid.

First Assemblage for Quality of Education, which is held in of the of the University Hall for female students activities during the period 25-26/12/1427 H that was attend by Prof. Aisha Hassan, Prof. Maliha Al-Marzouq, Prof.  Shadia Mahmoud Hussein, and Assistant Professor El Bubshait

The first agricultural meeting for exchange expertise, which is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock in Yemen during the period 21-22/2/1428 H and it was attended by Prof. Adel Ahmed Tharwat.

A training course of statistics and data analysis using (SPSS) program for the period that starts from 13-15/3/1428 H in the University campus, it was attended by Prof. Aisha Hassan, Prof. Magda Ibrahim, Prof. Shadia Mahmoud Hussein, Prof. Sherine Lutfi.

International Conference on the Arabian Oryx in the Arabian Peninsula, which was organized by the Saudi Association for the Life Sciences in cooperation with the National Commission for Wildlife Conservation and its Development during 4-6/4/1428 attended by Prof. Adel Ahmed Tharwat who gave lectures therein.

the first future visions fair of education and training in the Kfah national schools  in Ahsaa during the period 12-15/4/1428 H in which participated the Assistant Professor Ebtesam Al-Darweesh and introduced the Faculty Department of Home Economics.

A workshop on "Organic Agriculture in Saudi Arabia", organized by the Saudi association for Agricultural Science - Riyadh 15/4/1428 H and attended by the Faculty Prof. Ghazy Bin Faisal Basiouny.

The fourth Palm Seminar organized by the Palm Research Center - King Faisal University- during the period 18-21/4/1428 H and of which participated in its organization Prof. Abdullah Bin Saleh Al-Ghamdi as Chairman of the Scientific Committee, Prof. Bin Abdul Aziz Matouk Al Bahrani, a member of the Scientific Committee, Prof. Jamil Bin Mohammed Al Khairi, head of the secretariat and member of the Scientific Committee, Prof. Mohamed Al Oiyfer, Vice-Chairman of preparation and organization Committee, Prof. Nabil Bin Saud Al Balushi, Chairman of the Exhibits Committee and Prof. Hassan Al-Sayed Hashem, Member of the Organization Committee, and in which the following participated in, Prof. Seddeik Hussein Hamad, Prof. Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Shathry, Prof. Mutlaq Al-Mohammad Al-Otaibi, Prof. Mohammed bin Saad Alossaly, Prof. Jamil Bin Mohammed Al Khairi, with three papers, Prof. Abdullah Bin Saleh Al-Ghamdi with two papers , and attended by Prof.  Abdul Rahman bin Othman Ghannam, Prof. Serr Al Khetm Khalf Allah Abodo, Prof. Abdullah Ali Al-Ghazal, and Prof.  Ali Mofreh Al Omri, Prof. Faraj Saleh, a. Cultural Seminar for packaging and packaging, organized by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Planning - King Faisal University during the period 18-21/4/1428, which is attended by Prof. Seddeika Hamad Hussein, Prof. Abd Al-Aziz Abdallah Al-Shathry Prof. Mutlaq Mohammad Al-Otaibi..

Events of the strategic partnership Forum, between the University of King Faisal and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ahsaa, which was held in 3/5/1428 H in the headquarter for the Commerce and Industry - in Ahsa in the presence of Prof. Maliha Al-Marzouq and Prof. Njat Al Eibad.

Third seminar for biotechnology and its applications in the field of Arab agricultural investments, which is organized by the Arab Commission for Investment and agricultural Development - Jordan during the period 5-7/5/1428 H and was attended by Prof. Seddeik Hussein Hamad.

Training course in the basics of e-learning - WebCT organized by the Centre of Information Technology - King Faisal University and was attended by a. Prof. Jamal Sharnoby, Prof. / Abd al-Aziz Abdallah Al Shathry, Prof. Mutlaq Mohammad Al-Otaibi, Prof.Shihab Fuad Hussein Hosni.
