Bachelor's Degree Requirements

  1. The Academic Journey of a Bachelor's Degree Student in the College

  1. Admission.

  2. Studying University and College Requirements (During the First Two Years).

  3. Application for Specialization (Upon Completing 52 Credit Hours).

  4. Studying Departmental Requirements (During the Third and Fourth Years).

  5. Cooperative Training (In the Second Semester of the Fourth Year).

  6. Graduation (After Completing 128 Credit units).

  1. Degree Requirements

  • The college follows the semester teaching system and grants the student a bachelor's degree from eight departments within a number of specialized programs after successfully completing 128 credit units.

  •  The duration of the bachelor's degree program is four years (eight academic levels, each equivalent to an independent semester).

The requirements for obtaining a bachelor's degree, totaling 128 approved credit units, are distributed as follows:

  1. University requirements: Include 5 courses with a total of 11 approved credit units.


  1. College requirements: Include 19 courses with a total of 54 approved credit units.


  1. Departmental requirements: Include a number of courses based on the department's nature, totaling 18 approved credit units, including cooperative training.


  1. Cooperative training requirements: Consist of 9 approved credit units and apply to all programs.

  • The Deanship of Admission and Registration at the University offers a number of electronic services for information 
    Electronic Services

  •  The Academic schedule for new male and female students in the college is ready and students do not need to register for courses during the first semester in the Banner System.

Remunerations

King Faisal University, represented by the Admission and Registration Deanship, is committed to disbursing student remunerations on their specified dates. The remuneration is announced on the Deanship's website.

  1. The student can check their allowances' status in their Banner system account by clicking on the “remunerations” link. This allows him to review the record of remunerations granted to him, including the financial amounts. Clicking on the “Details” link will provide additional financial information about the specific remuneration.  

  2. The student must take the initiative to receive his ATM card if he is a new student at the college to which he was accepted. Preparatory year students will receive their card through the Preparatory Year Deanship.
