Follow-up Administration
Follow-up Administration undertakes to stress on the university staff to commit the official working hours, the application of sanctions on violators, and to investigate with them, and following-up the responses to letters sent from rector and some university officials, and following-up other tasks.
Perhaps the most important:
• Ensure the safety of the work and the rationalization of performance.
• Introduce the follow-up campaign (inspection) to verify the good performance.
• Make investigations concerning with violations of attendance and leave.
• participate in the investigations relating to certain administrative and financial violations.
The Administration consists of two main departments, which are 1 - follow-up. 2 - Investigation.

about tasks and responsibilities of Follow-up Administration is as follows:
- Control and follow-up are amongst the pillars of successful management. From this point of view, KFU was eager to introduce and facilitate the application of this important element. The University entrusted the follow-up of working hours to the General Administration of Staff and Employees Affairs, with a kind of cooperation and coordination with Control and Investigation Authority. Name of the units which supervise the governmental administrations was changed to Follow-up Units due to decision no. 190 on 20/5/1409 issued by the Higher Committee for Administrative Reform. Similar units were also established in entities which do not have supervising units. Accordingly, His Highness the University President's decision no. 89/1/A on 13/8/1410 E was issued to introduce Follow-up Units in the University. Work, tasks and competence of these units were temporarily entrusted to Department of Planning and Budget until the administrative structure of Follow-up Unit was completed. Later on, work of Follow-up Unit was entrusted to the Legal Department according to His Highness the University President's decision no. 141/11/17/A on 1/8/1412 E. Lastly, His Highness the University President's decision no. 137/11/17/A on 10/1/1417 E decreed the establishment of Follow-up Unit as an independent entity. Besides, His Highness the University President's decision no. 5/11/17/A on 10/1/1417 E decreed changing the name of Follow-up Unit to Follow-up Administration and opening sections in this new administration.
Follow-up Administration and its sections do the work and tasks assigned to them according to the decree of Higher Committee for Administrative Reform no. 190 on 18/11/1409 E and decree of determining the authorities and competence of the University Follow-up Administration pursuant to the administrative decision no. 390/1/17/A on 20/6/1427 E regarding delegation of authorities and His Highness the University President's decision no. 384/1/17/A on 21/6/1429 E.
