The civil engineering students at KFU, Dr. Emhaidy Ghraibeh (Coordinator of the Department of Civil Engineering), Dr. Abdulaziz El-Sinawi (Coordinator of the Department of Materials Engineering), and Dr. Ahmad Abu Abdo (CE faculty) had visited the Saudi Cement Company-Cement Factory at Al-Ahsa on Tuesday 10/5/2011.
The team was welcomed by Eng. Sami Al-Buhair (Manager of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Department at the Factory) and staff. Eng. Al-Buhair had presented the team with the history of the cement factory, its departments, and main produces. Then the team was taken in a tour in the factory main departments (e.g. Control Room, Testing Labs, and Fire Department).
